She has been working as a project manager on complex large-scale projects across a wide range of industries since 1994. She has held IPMA Level B certification since 2002. She is the owner of Bose Thoma GmbH, which operates in the fields of management consultancy, supervision/coaching and project management. Her work currently focuses on advising executives, teams and projects, as well as on organisational development. She also works as an adult educator and coach in project management.

She holds a licentiate in Humanities and Social Sciences from the University of Bern, a Master’s degree in Supervision and Coaching in Organisations (ZHAW IAP), as well as further training with qualifications/certifications in consultancy, project management and adult education.
