He has been involved in projects in various roles since 1988.

He has been IPMA Level B certified since 2005 and works as an assessor. He was an assessor and trainer for the German Project Excellence Award (DPEA). In 2016, he was involved as a stream leader in the project that won the PE Award. In 2010, he was the initiator and project manager of the first ‘IPMA Delta’ company certification in Switzerland.
