Since 2009, the VZPM has offered certification for specialists in Business Process Management (BPM). This certification, which is based on international standards is a strategic initiative of the Swiss Association for Organization and Management (Schweizerische Gesellschaft für Organisation und Management — SGO) and its sister organizations in Germany and Austria. Through the VZPM, practitioners who design processes on a professional basis or who are involved in process organization can obtain internationally recognized professional certification as Certified Business Process Professionals (CBPP).
