Die Zertifizierungsstelle VZPM führt regelmässig öffentliche Zertifizierungsrunden und nach Absprache Inhouse-Zertifizierungen (für Firmen, Ausbildungsinstitute und andere Organisationen) durch. Die öffentlichen Zertifizierungen finden halbjährlich, mit Startterminen in den Monaten April und September statt. Inhouse-Zertifizierungen werden je nach Bedarf bei einer grösseren Anzahl von Projektmanagern in einer Organisation durchgeführt. Voraussetzung hierfür ist, dass für eine Zertifizierungsrunde (je Level) mindestens fünf Kandidaten angemeldet werden. Die national festgelegten und international abgestimmten Regelungen der einzelnen Zertifizierungsverfahren gelten in vollem Umfang auch bei Inhouse-Zertifizierungen.
Certfied Business Process Professional
The CBPP certificate provides an unequivocal, verified qualification as a process management expert. The international nature of the title enables cross-border recognition and gives employers the assurance that certificate-holders speak the same language as specialist colleagues worldwide.

Certified Project Management Associate IPMA Level D®
The Certified Project Management Associate IPMA Level D® is capable of applying project management knowledge when participating in a project. Comprehensive and in-depth specialist project management knowledge is required.

Certified Project Manager IPMA Level C®
The Certified Project Manager IPMA Level C® is capable of managing a project of limited complexity. This means that he or she has the necessary project management knowledge and the relevant experience to successfully manage a project.
Certification fees: 2'900 CHF
Certified Senior Project Manager IPMA Level B®
The Certified Senior Project Manager IPMA Level B® is capable of managing a complex project. This normally includes subprojects, i.e. the project manager leads the project with the assistance of project engineers and only to a lesser degree by directly managing the project team.
Certification fees: 3'900 CHF
Certified Projects Director IPMA Level A®
The Certified Projects Director IPMA Level A® is capable of managing significant portfolios or programmes with the respective resources, methodologies and tools. Level A certification relates to this and not the management of a single project. Considerable knowledge and experience are required to take on this responsibility.
